Happy Birthday Sheila
Sheila Strain recently celebrated a significant birthday and chose to share the event with participants at ESOC’s Ultra Sprint event at Bush Estate.
Sheila provided refreshments including a generous range of her delicious cakes – the centrepiece being a huge birthday cake. All were especially welcome to weary runners who had just completed three or four short races each including maze sections.
A bouquet of flowers in club colours was presented to Sheila after the event.
