South of Scotland O-League 2024

We are delighted to announce the programme for the 2024 South of Scotland Orienteering League (SoSOL) which consists of ten events spread throughout the year.

The aim of the South of Scotland Orienteering League (SoSOL) is to promote participation in orienteering beyond the local level by providing larger, but still welcoming, events; high-quality courses; good areas; and up-to-date maps.

Competitors are invited to run any of the coloured courses and, new for this year, we will be recognising adult pairs who run on the Green courses; adult novices who run on the Orange courses; and improving adults who run on the Light Green courses.

The East of Scotland (ESOA) Championships, on 17 November, is one of the events in the series and you may wish to run the colour-coded course associated with your age category for the championships for the full series (although you are free to run any colour).
